Ufinet is actively working to expand the scope and scale of its digital inclusion program by 2023.

ESG Committee

Ufinet has established an ESG Committee to oversee the comprehensive implementation of the ESG strategy and related policies. The ESG Committee is chaired by the CEO and meets monthly. The corporate area is responsible for identifying ESG risks and opportunities, developing priorities and action plans, and overseeing the implementation of the ESG strategy and programs across the company.

At the Board of Directors level, the CEO is responsible for overseeing the ESG strategy at Ufinet, including the implementation of programs and periodic reviews of program performance. The role of the Board of Directors is to oversee and direct the company’s ESG strategies and performance. Ufinet’s Board of Directors plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the company’s ESG efforts are aligned with its business strategy and that the company’s
ESG programs and policies are carried out under supervision and continue to improve over time.
