For what purposes do we use your information?

Ufinet will not store any information that is not strictly necessary for the purposes listed below.

  • To provide you with our services, offer you assistance, contact you and respond to your quote requests (e.g. all companies requesting a quote for any service provided by Ufinet must complete a form with their contact information).
  • To consider its application in the framework of the recruitment processes that the Company organizes throughout the year.
  • To send you advertising. In the context of the contractual relationship, we may send you relevant information about the services offered by Ufinet or other services that may be useful to you. Ufinet reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided, and may request documented proof of the same. In case Ufinet or its affiliates verify that the information provided is false or inaccurate, we will proceed to delete them and you will not be able to take advantage of the services and benefits we provide.

What security measures do we use for the storage of your personal data?

The personal information we collect is stored in a database, which is safeguarded under security measures adopted by Ufinet, in accordance with the processing conditions provided by the applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction, such as:

  • All our service providers have signed a data processing agreement and are obliged to keep confidential and confidential any information provided to them in connection with the provision of services to Ufinet and its affiliates.
