Robinson Guti\u00e9rrez \u00e9 engenheiro eletr\u00f4nico, formado pela Universidade Nacional da Col\u00f4mbia com especializa\u00e7\u00e3o em gerenciamento de projetos, certifica\u00e7\u00e3o PMP, estrat\u00e9gia de neg\u00f3cios e mestrado em administra\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas. O Sr. Gutierrez faz parte da equipe da Ufinet desde 2017, ocupando o cargo de Gerente de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es na Ufinet Col\u00f4mbia e, a partir de 2019, como CTO da Ufinet Panam\u00e1, al\u00e9m de seus mais de 18 anos de experi\u00eancia em cargos de gerenciamento t\u00e9cnico com diferentes provedores de servi\u00e7os de fibra \u00f3ptica na Col\u00f4mbia.<\/span><\/p>

Since joining UFINET in 2017, Pablo has played a key role in the company’s development and consolidation in Paraguay and Brazil. He began by leading the commercial area in Paraguay with outstanding results, which led to his appointment as Commercial Director of UFINET Brazil in 2019. He was responsible for launching commercial operations in the country, as well as building a robust strategy for sustained growth and strengthening the brand’s presence during the first six years. Sergio D\u00e1vila ingressou na Ufinet em 2021 como Gerente Comercial em El Salvador e, desde janeiro de 2023, \u00e9 Gerente Nacional. Durante esse per\u00edodo, ele liderou a equipe nesse pa\u00eds em um per\u00edodo de grande expans\u00e3o nos neg\u00f3cios e na infraestrutura, aumentando a base de clientes e os servi\u00e7os prestados.<\/p>

Sergio se formou como engenheiro eletr\u00f4nico pela Universidad del Valle de Guatemala e, posteriormente, concluiu seu MBA na ADEN, Argentina, e na Universidad Francisco Vitoria, Espanha. Sua experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es se estende por mais de 30 anos, come\u00e7ando na ent\u00e3o estatal Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Guatemala, Guatel, e mais tarde fazendo parte da equipe inicial da Telef\u00f3nica na Guatemala e sua expans\u00e3o pela Am\u00e9rica Central, e depois indo para a Ericsson. Nos \u00faltimos 10 anos, antes de ingressar na Ufinet, ele retornou ao grupo Telef\u00f3nica para a unidade de Servi\u00e7os Internacionais de Atacado, onde se destacou no desenvolvimento do mercado de Telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es de Atacado na regi\u00e3o da Am\u00e9rica Central e do Caribe, apoiando o desenvolvimento da banda larga na regi\u00e3o. Carlos Riego Mart\u00ednez \u00e9 formado em Engenharia de Telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es pela Universidade de Valladolid. Sr. Carlos Riego ingressou na UFINET no final de 2005, na sede espanhola, no departamento de Opera\u00e7\u00e3o e Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. Entre 2008 e 2014, ele ocupou v\u00e1rios cargos de responsabilidade na \u00e1rea t\u00e9cnica, primeiro como chefe do Escrit\u00f3rio T\u00e9cnico e, posteriormente, como chefe de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Rede.
