Iñigo Garcia del Cerro Prieto is a Telecommunications Engineer who graduated from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, an economist at the Autonomous University of Madrid and holds a Master in Business Administration from IESE Business School, Spain. Mr. Garcia del Cerro acts as CEO – Chief Executive Officer- of UFINET since 2009, having held key positions in the company ever since its inception in 1998.

He has been one of the key players responsible for business development in Spain and in Latin America. The main result of his career development in UFINET has been the exponential growth of the company, especially in Central America, with a significant deployment of an important optical fiber network and a presence in 17 countries.
