In June of 2014, CINVEN, an English venture capital fund, acquired Gas Natural Fenosa Telecommunications, both its business model as well as all its fiber optic network deployment.  This operation was valued at 510 million Euros. Betting on the incredible growth in the optical fiber and telecom sector, CINVEN is currently executing a strategic development plan for the next five years.
